From Sensor to Dashboard
Proxigen’s Concrete Monitoring System is designed to support modern construction and infrastructure projects where timing, quality, and structural integrity are critical.
Our solution combines embedded concrete sensors, wireless data transmission, and intelligent software into one unified platform.
Unlike traditional manual testing or fragmented systems, Proxigen enables continuous, real-time monitoring throughout the concrete curing process, allowing engineers, contractors, and project managers to make confident decisions based on live data.
On site
CTM01 probes record temperature from inside the concrete.

Accurate Concrete Data, From Pour to Report
CTM01 probes measure temperature inside the concrete. Our platform turns those readings into strength estimates and reports your whole team can use.
Wireless Sensors Built for Site
Probes sit in the concrete while the CTM01 logs every reading on its own.
- No cables to run across site
- No manual readings
- Built for harsh jobsite conditions
What It Measures
Concrete Temperature
Internal temperature throughout curing, to help prevent thermal cracking and support compliance with construction standards.
Strength & Maturity
Strength gain in real time from maturity-based calculations aligned with industry practice, so you wait less on cube test results.
Site Conditions
Ambient temperature and surrounding conditions that affect curing performance and concrete quality.
Live Data, Anywhere
See temperature and strength trends in real time on secure cloud dashboards. Follow curing progress, compare pours, and use past data to plan the next one.
- Real-time trends
- Pour comparison
- Historical data
Built for Your Whole Operation
Automated Reporting
Digital records for quality control, project files, and compliance, without manual paperwork.
Scales Across Sites
One pour or hundreds of concrete elements across multiple sites, on one platform.
Secure, Lasting Data
Readings stay protected, intact, and available whenever you need to look back at a pour.
One System: Sensor, App, and Cloud
Everything your team needs to monitor concrete curing, delivered as one package.
CTM01 Sensor

Make Site Decisions on Data, Not Guesswork
Live temperature and strength data from inside the concrete supports the calls that keep your schedule and quality on track.
Formwork Removal
Know when each pour has gained enough estimated strength to remove formwork safely.
Post-Tensioning
Time stressing operations to the estimated in-place strength of every pour.
Thermal Control
Watch internal temperatures during hot weather and large pours to help reduce the risk of thermal cracking.
Quality Records
Keep a complete temperature and strength record for every pour, ready for QA and handover.
1
Switch on
Hold the button for 3 seconds. One long flash confirms the device is on.
2
Scan and connect
Scan the QR code in the Proxigen app. It connects on its own and shows the first temperature.
3
Install in the concrete
Place the probes in the pour at the depths you want to measure.
4
Monitor
Follow temperature and strength, share with your team, and download reports.
Get the Proxigen App
Scan a sensor, see the first temperature, and follow strength gain from anywhere. Download the app before you go to site.

FAQ
Concrete monitoring: common questions
What is a concrete monitoring system?
A concrete monitoring system uses sensors placed in the concrete to record its temperature while it cures. The Proxigen app and cloud turn those readings into maturity and estimated in-place strength, so your team can see how each pour is developing without waiting for cube test results.
Do you supply concrete sensors in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Qatar?
Yes. Proxigen supports construction projects across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman from our office in Dubai. Contact us for a quote for your project.
How does concrete maturity monitoring help in hot weather?
High temperatures speed up early strength gain and raise the risk of thermal cracking, especially in large pours. Live internal temperature readings let you follow curing and temperature differences in the concrete instead of relying on assumptions.
What is the difference between CTM01 and CTM02?
CTM01 has one probe (30 cm or 3 m) plus a built-in body sensor and suits everyday pours such as slabs, columns, walls and precast elements. CTM02 has two probes (2 m and 3 m) to measure the top and bottom of thick pours and the temperature difference between them.
How do readings get from the sensor to the cloud?
Each sensor takes a reading every 15 minutes and stores about 6 months of data on the device. When the Proxigen app connects over 2.4 GHz RF, every stored reading is sent to Proxigen Cloud, so gaps between site visits never become gaps in your records.
Which industries use Proxigen concrete sensors?
Construction and infrastructure, industrial construction and manufacturing, precast and ready-mix operations, warehousing and commercial facilities, and energy and utilities infrastructure.
